The hotel is situated in close proximity to a ski lift- very convenient for winter enthusiasts. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious with a diverse salad and soup buffet. the hotel was dog and toddler friendly, with child facilities available free of charge.

The lack of English communication by the dinner staff, which made ordering difficult and frustrating.

it's a perfect place for one night. location of the property was not far from a coach station. i got free upgrade and loved it. there is a good food option within 800 ft - gruttn stadl.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect as it was right next to the ski lift, making it very convenient for skiing. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a lovely terrace to enjoy the beautiful views. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the presence of an am/fm alarm clock and a flat-screen TV in the room. The hotel also had a nice dining restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals.

Friendly Staff and Great Food We stayed in a hotel during our city trip and loved the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. the food was also amazing, with a delicious selection of dishes to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the sights. We also appreciated the complimentary amenities provided by the hotel.

Language Barrier and Lack of Communication the language barrier was quite frustrating. the hotel staff had difficulty understanding our requests and we found it difficult to communicate with them.

The hotel offered a great value for the location. It was conveniently located next to the ski lift, which allowed for easy access to the slopes. We also loved the included lift pass which was a great addition. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with our toddler and dog. They provided a free crib and high chair and were very welcoming to our furry friend. The food was delicious, particularly the 4 course dinner which was included in our half board plan.

We didn't have any negative experiences during our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations and we were very happy with our Easter break at the hotel.
